Covid 19 was a black swan event that shook the entire world across many dimensions. One global redeeming factor was the way in which most governments, organisations and individuals demonstrated resilience to the changing situation.
BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) institutions, which serve as a backbone to economies, are looking beyond the current situation and planning for the immediate future.
How will these institutions deliver newer products quicker and make customer journeys frictionless at an optimal organization cost, without compromising on the organisations' risk & regulatory prescriptions?
This panel will discuss where and how BFSI organisations need to pivot to the new normal, using technology to help them react faster to an ever changing market.
