Prior to this, Simon held roles leading the Corporate and Enterprise customer base at Spark and as the New Zealand CEO of Dimension Data.

Ryan has worked closely with executive teams and boards at many large international organisations on strategy and initiatives that drive employee attraction, engagement and retention. Currently the General Manager of Global People Programs at Xero, Ryan is passionate about all things related to generating a positive employee experience.
Anthony Watson
Technology has been the centre of Anthony’s career for over 20 years. Anthony’s worked in technology leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region and currently heads up Enterprise Domains NZ for ANZ bank. Anthony leads a highly skilled and dedicated team of technology professionals who develop and maintain the technology infrastructure solutions that support ANZ branches, ATMs and key digital channels.
