Jeffrey is a Director based in the Deloitte Wellington Practice where he is a leader in technology strategy & transformation. For many organisations the pace of change is daunting and just keeping up seems so hard, while for others the ambition exceeds their capability to deliver. Jeffrey’s focus is to help organisations transform through modern business practices, cloud, data and technology.
My focus is on helping clients solve their business challenges and achieve their business goals using technology. Sometimes that involves looking for a piece of technology that can make a process more efficient, sometimes that is helping organisations deliver a particularly challenging implementation and sometimes that is helping frontline operational teams understand the art of the possible when technology is involved. But, every time, my work involves helping the person with the problem, usually the “business”, communicate and work with the person who can help build a solution to their problem i.e. “IT”.
Kirstin who specialises in delivering Agile programmes, digital transformation and supporting oranisations to mature their agile practices, capability and culture.
Dan is an experienced transformational change specialist, with wide
experience in the NZ public sector (including Defence and Healthcare) and
also globally in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Mining, and Energy
& Resources industries. Dan's previous projects have included
experience in the implementation of high impact operating models, business
and process improvement, technology implementations, process and
organisational design, business strategy and overall project and change
management.
Dan has worked on a number of high profile global transformation efforts in
EMEA and AsiaPac, acting as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership Teams and
working with a wide variety of international client stakeholders to tackle
complex organisational matters.
