David Kirk, former Fairfax Media Chief Executive, Rhodes Scholar and New Zealand's first World Cup-winning All Blacks Captain, will share his experience and provide actionable insights to help you on your own journey.

David will explore:

• Taking big business online
• The art of applying learnings to your business
• Leading the Board through digital transformation
• Navigating virtual negotiations.

We'll also be joined by Monique Kaminski, CEO and Founder at Jeuneora for a follow-up discussion.

Monique Kaminski

CEO and Founder of Jeuneora

Monique Kaminski is CEO and Founder at Jeuneora – a New Zealand beauty and wellness company specialising in premium supplements for hair skin nails and body.

With a background in branding, design, and websites, working with some of the world’s most iconic brands, Jeuneora was launched online in 2016. Always intended as a side project, Jeuneora quickly proved to be much more than a part-time hustle and now has 16 employees, a warehouse and distribution centre, selling in excess of 100,000 units per year in New Zealand and around the world. Monique has big plans to continue to scale Jeuneora on the global stage – watch this space.

David Kirk

David is the former Chief Executive of ASX-listed Fairfax Media Ltd., where he led the successful investment into a number of internet businesses including Fairfax’s acquisition of Trade Me and Stayz. David has been a growth stage investor in technology-based businesses since 1999. He is Chairman of ASX-listed Trade Me Group Limited and Kathmandu Holdings Limited, Chairman of Forsyth Barr Limited, a privately-owned New Zealand investment firm, and a Director of each of DocsCorp, SMI, Viostream and Rezdy.

Prior to entering the corporate world, David enjoyed a highly successful rugby career, captaining the All Blacks to win the World Cup in 1987. He was awarded an MBE in 1988.

David is a Rhodes Scholar with degrees in Medicine from Otago University, and Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
