This really practical lab will help you explore and experience this paradigm shift by trying out some really simple practices gently shape a new culture starting at a personal and team level give you new perspectives on how people work, learn and lead
You will walk away inspired to begin NOW, with concrete steps and an open-source playbook.

Sandra draws on 25 years of international experience in high tech innovation
and transformation from startups to corporations.
She lives on Waiheke and co-founded the Future of Work Collective,
specialised in Design, Consulting, Facilitation, Training and Talks related
to the Future of Work.
Lani's specialties are using human-centred design and systems thinking practices to take people on a journey to reimagine business with people at the centre. She helps embrace a cultural shift and live an authentic brand identity that cultivates stronger connections.
