It’s safe to say that for many, global circumstances have meant many businesses have been forced to hit the brakes on their 2020 goals. In our “Innovate and Optimise through a Crisis” we will take you through how we not only “hit the brakes” but achieved a successful 180-degree turn, in full crisis mode.
We will show you how we adapted our business processes and technical delivery of work, along with how the ‘crisis’ has made us consider and focus on what’s really important. Both technically and operationally we streamlined procedures, continued to build a resilient product, and how we quickly reassessed the market to innovate; with a full and open review of our customers and what this crisis now meant for them. We will take you through how we addressed what we saw; what we believed would be their new challenges in the new world and how we were going to help them through it.
Key topics covered:
- Adapting operational processes and technical delivery
- Learning to focus on “What’s important”; business and product
- Cost-saving measures
- Continuing to design, innovate and validate new product Internationally, from remote locations and through a crisis
