Having already co-founded and successfully exited a subscription-based start-up in the UK, Matt founded Oxygen Advisors in 2014. After moving back to New Zealand, Matt quickly saw that many high-growth companies here either didn’t have the capacity or the capability to manage their internal finance functions - and the genesis of the Oxygen Advisors idea grew organically from there. Matt qualified as a Chartered Accountant through PwC, but has spent the last 11 years working within or alongside some of New Zealand’s most exciting high-growth companies.
