Andrew is an experienced business strategist, deal maker, and problem solver.
His background spans strategy, corporate finance and consultancy. He is the
Chief Strategy Officer at TradeWindow where he is accountable for strategic
planning and leading the company’s capital raising campaigns.
Andrew has a track record for delivering large complex transactions
including the procurement of NBN Co’s satellite network. He has a BBS in
Accounting, and an MBA from AGSM (UNSW).
Tamsin has a demonstrated history working in the global investment and life
science sectors in New Zealand and the UK. Her work has spanned strategy
consulting, M&A, licensing and valuation, with a particular emphasis on
early stage ventures.
Tamsin is part of the investment team at NZTE, New Zealand’s international
business development agency. She works with a wide range of high growth
companies raising pre-seed to series B capital and is responsible for
preparing companies and connecting them with global investors. Prior to
NZTE, Tamsin was based in Oxford, UK, where she was an Associate at
PharmaVentures, a global M&A, partnering and fundraising advisory firm
specialising in life science companies.
Tamsin holds a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) and a Master of
Bioscience Enterprise (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland.
Her Masters thesis focussed on Māori investment, and she remains passionate
about indigenous business.
At NZTE Richard specialises in raising capital for later-stage high growth companies, with a focus on the region of Auckland, he has significant experience in strategy and capital raising. Richard is passionate about helping New Zealand companies succeed and grow on the world stage. Richard's background before NZTE includes as a Director at KPMG, where he was a member of KPMG's High Growth Ventures network as well as the Corporate Strategy team at IAG; he has also worked in investment and start-up roles in the United Kingdom and China.
