Richard's background before NZTE includes as a Director at KPMG, where he was a member of KPMG's High Growth Ventures network as well as the Corporate Strategy team at IAG; he has also worked in investment and start-up roles in the United Kingdom and China.

Before joining NZTE, Nadine was a Director in Westpac's Project and Acquisition Finance Team, having had significant experience leading and executing both M&A transactions in Australasia & the UK. Her role included generation of deals from concepts, business models, financial analysis and valuation, structuring, due diligence to negotiation and legal documentation, follow-on investments and presentations.
Nadine has extensive experience working with financial and trade buyers on acquisition and exit strategies, and has an extensive network across the NZ ecosystem. Her areas of speciality include disruptive business models, high-growth technology companies, fintech and medtech, mergers and acquisitions.
Nadine holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University majoring in Finance.
