Richard Campbell

At NZTE Richard specialises in raising capital for later-stage high growth companies, with a focus on the region of Auckland, he has significant experience in strategy and capital raising. Richard is passionate about helping New Zealand companies succeed and grow on the world stage. Richard's background before NZTE includes as a Director at KPMG, where he was a member of KPMG's High Growth Ventures network as well as the Corporate Strategy team at IAG; he has also worked in investment and start-up roles in the United Kingdom and China.

Nadine Hill

Investment Manager, NZTE

Nadine specialises in raising capital for high-growth, scalable companies across the sectors of technology, specialised manufacturing, F&B and sustainability / impact in the regions of Auckland, Hawkes Bay and Gisborne.

Before joining NZTE, Nadine was a Director in Westpac's Project and Acquisition Finance Team, having had significant experience leading and executing both M&A transactions in Australasia & the UK. Her role included generation of deals from concepts, business models, financial analysis and valuation, structuring, due diligence to negotiation and legal documentation, follow-on investments and presentations.

Nadine has extensive experience working with financial and trade buyers on acquisition and exit strategies, and has an extensive network across the NZ ecosystem. Her areas of speciality include disruptive business models, high-growth technology companies, fintech and medtech, mergers and acquisitions.

Nadine holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University majoring in Finance.

CEO & Co-Founder of Ambit

Tim Warren is CEO and Co-Founder of Ambit. Ambit uses conversational AI to deliver automated customer service at scale to large organisations such as Noel Leeming, Vector and Glassons. Before Ambit Tim worked in and invested in startups; and he 10+ years in financial services firms such as Goldman Sachs and JBWere.
