This seminar and workshop gives you a concentrated learning experience, covering identifying
customer painpoints, identifying root causes, creating breakthrough solutions, prioritising
actions, and defining a minimum viable product.
You'll gain an insight into the
challenges of setting up a new business, and the key steps you must take in order for an
innovative business to be successful.
You will learn how to think strategically and
logically about business problems, particularly solving customer problems.
You will also
learn how to put the customer at the centre of everything you do.
We use
methodologies such as Theory of Constraints, Agile and Lean Startup.
This
year, Clarke Ching, Amazon best-selling author of “The Bottleneck Rules” &
“Rolling Rocks Downhill” and Hamish Nuttall, founder of Naked Bus, Thinklazy and
Winedab, will be facilitating the seminar and workshop.
The Lazy
Innovation Process is a seminar followed by an intensive workshop. You can choose to
participate in the seminar, or the seminar and the workshop.
Seminar
A 90 min
conversation between Clarke and Hamish presenting the methodologies and how to apply it with
real-life examples. At the end, there will be a 30 min Q&A.
Due to anticipated
demand, we are running this on Monday and repeating it on Tuesday from 1 pm to 3 pm.
The investment for the seminar is $149.

The workshop is 4 hours spread over two days: Thursday 10-12 and
Friday 10-12. You’ll also have a 45 minute one to one follow up on your project.
