With Lisa’s leadership, the fund became one of the most active venture funds in North America – in just three years, the fund deployed several hundreds of millions of dollars in over 80 startups. In this episode Lisa will describe the Corporate VC landscape in the US and discuss the pros and cons of having a Corporate VC on your cap table. Lisa will share how the M12 program worked and what characteristics Microsoft most valued in it's early stage investments.
