Organisational Agility for Agile (and non-Agile) Practitioners

Is there a difference between 'doing the Agile practices' and 'being an agile human being'? If you're unsure, this session is for you.

What's it all about?

This live session is facilitated by Dr Tresna Hunt (PhD in Psychology) and Brett Oetgen (MBA) from the Institute for Social Sustainability.  We'll be exploring what sits underneath the sustainable success of any and every Agile practice and framework – a deep understanding of what drives human behaviour.  The session will highlight that there is a world of difference between simply DOING Agile (which is what most organisations and practitioners do) and learning how to BE agile as human beings. We'll be discussing what the latest human science and research tells us about how to cultivate genuine agility in the way we think, feel and behave so that Agile practices can become more deeply embedded within organisational contexts.
