Privacy and Anti-Money Laundering Debates in the Real Estate Sector

This webinar provides an overview of the potential difficulties faced by the Real Estate sector in trying to fulfill obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regime in New Zealand while protecting the privacy rights of individuals and implementing cost-effective and pragmatic solutions.
