Product Management Fundamentals 1: PM Hour of Power!

Get hands-on learning what the best product managers do to build great products - in a fun and casual setting

What's it all about?

Great products solve problems.  Great Product Managers’ super power is getting stuff done. Stuff like market identification, ideation, validation, solution design, product launch and managing products -- all using a variety of tools, techniques, and best practices (think buzz words like Lean, Agile, Canvases, and Roadmaps).

Join this session to learn not just what product managers do, but to practice how to do it well, in a fun and casual setting.  We’ll talk about key product practices and get hands-on with problem identification, market validation, and product launch techniques.

This session will be valuable to anyone who has a problem to solve, a business to run, a product to grow, or just an interest in the field of product management.

Also please check out Part 2 of our Product Management Fundamentals series and find out how to rock story mapping, and write bad-ass user stories!
