Closing the "Physical Gap" with Extended Reality (XR)

Leveraging Extended Reality (XR) in Education and Tourism - Opportunities and Challenges

What's it all about?

The "New Normal" has forever changed how we interact and engage. With physical distancing, closed borders and various levels of lockdown, industries have started leveraging new and innovative technologies in order to "close the gap".

Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality are the emerging mediums that are altering the existing ways of consuming and engaging with information and knowledge. These profound experiences are slated to create new business models/markets and disrupt the existing ones.

In this session, we will be discussing on how these emerging technologies are bringing a paradigm shift in education, and tourism by moving beyond two dimensions to a world of three dimensional interactions.
