Media Design School Presents: Future-Proof - Exploring Pathways to Creative Tech

Brought to you by Media Design School, this interactive panel session is designed to give Maori + Pasifika students a taste of life as a creative tech professional. MDS has brought together an amazing group of industry leaders, mentors, faculty, and students from the Maori + Pasifika communities. They'll be chatting about their tech careers and sharing valuable advice for school leavers looking to embark on a career in tech. 

As the global job-scape becomes more an more uncertain, there's never been a better time to explore the pathways that exist for young Maori and Pasifika students to gain future-proof skills.  Our panellists are experts in a range of future-facing disciplines, from AI, to Game Development, to 3D Animation and more. They'll be sharing first-hand insights and advice about how they reached the points they're at in their respective careers.

This event is funded by the Ministry of Education and attendees will be asked to complete a 60 sec survey (roughly 8 questions)
