In this interactive session, learn from the team of experience designers at CONICAL who use
immersive tech such as 3D/AR/VR to transform public and commercial experiences. The CONICAL
team will share examples and perspectives on how to design for differentiated experiences
across touchpoints of the customer journey, drawing on lessons from interactive digital
media to create more engaging, immersive customer experiences.
About the
speaker
Alejandro Davila (Alex), runs a digital studio that helps leaders
apply interactive digital media & gamification to their existing customer experience and
training programs. In his consultancy, Alex has focused on strategic planning, creative
development and innovation through ongoing research in emerging technologies.
CONICAL is an Animation & Videogames studio that
re-imagines branded entertainment in today’s experience-led economy. Alejandro and his team
collaborate on the tech-front with brands and agencies for experiential marketing and
educational gamification.
