TechWomen bring you a variety of perspectives on the challenges of finding great female talent in the New Zealand tech industry. Are you an organisation that is struggling to get female candidates to apply for roles? Do you feel frustrated that there just isn’t enough talent out there to meet the desire for your organisation to be more diverse? Or, are you a woman actively seeking new opportunities, but can’t seem to get even an initial interview? Are you looking for ways to bring yourself to the top of the recruiters list?
In this event, we will hear from people on both sides of the equation, helping both companies and candidates to discuss and understand how to attract and retain more women into the tech environment. Find Recruitment are joining Tech Women this year, as well as guest speakers from both Companies and Candidates, who will discuss their experiences with us.
In partnership with Find Recruitment.
